We understand that this is a very difficult time in your life. The Rochester Adult & Teen Challenge team is here to walk with you, support you, and assist you in the admissions process.

Step 1: Contact Us

• A phone interview will follow. During this interview you will be given a preliminary application.

Step 2: Complete a Preliminary Application

• Once submitted, we will follow up with you and determine if our program is an appropriate placement for you or your loved one. If not, we will provide a referral to other programs.

Step 3: Intake Interview

• An in-person interview with the Intake Coordinator will be set up, and an Program Application will be completed.
